The key personnel have years of experience and specialist skills in project & event management, socially engaged arts practice, public art, creative consultation, broadcast quality video and DVD production. Jacqui Rodger is an experienced artist and arts administrator, with a strong background in socially engaged practice, public art and work in schools. Her practical skills include drawing, text based work, printmaking, textiles and glass. As manager of the highly successful Gallery 37 programme from 1997 – 2000 she was responsible for the recruitment and management of over 50 artists in different disciplines with the ability to work with young people with challenging behaviour. She has a commitment to supporting emerging artists, and has developed and managed several training schemes. She has also been an Artsmark validator for the Arts Council for the last 3 years. David Grange has a passion for film. He has many years experience in producing broadcast quality programming. He has captured arts events in schools, shot documentaries in wildlife parks, recorded ice climbing at 20’000ft and mixed live video in front of more than 25’000 people. David is a camera-operator, film-editor and digital artist who has also been making his own short films for a number of years.
